I had the pleasure of meeting up with the P family early October for their session. It was a very sunny and chilly morning but they were all troopers and stuck it out despite the cold. Meet the L family. This is my 2nd time photographing these three cuties and this time their mom and dad joined in for some family pics. This was a two outfit, two part session. Meet little miss Emelyn. Yes, she is just as precious in person as she looks in these photos. I had a great time getting to know her and her family during the session. Like most newborns, the session took quite awhile. There where a few feedings and diaper changes before she decided it was time to nap. As you can see…good things come to those who wait! We also got a few pictures of her big sister Lily, who was a little cutie as well! Thank you S family. It was truly my pleasure to meet you. Hope you enjoy your sneak peak!

Meet little Isabella. Isn’t she just the cutest little thing! I went to high school with her mom and I had a great time spending the morning catching up with her during our session. We took photos at both my studio and a outdoor location, all the while Isabella was quite a trooper despite the hot, humid weather and long session. Hope you enjoy your photos!

Love this first shot of her grabbing her feet, looks like she is stretching and warming up for the day…

Isabella was not to sure of about the hat at first, but warmed up to it after a bit. Those eyes are so big and blue…melts your heart!!

We took a little snack break…I think she liked her toes better than the lollipop

After a snack, we decided to do some dancing to wear off those sweets…

Finally, more tutu shots outdoors. Can you stand the cuteness?!

Fall Mini Sessions | Victoria, Minnesota Family Photographer

Wow, I can’t believe the summer has flown by so fast. Seems like I was just watching fireworks over the 4th of July and now it is the end of August! There is one good thing about it though…fall is almost here! Fall is my favorite season! I thought I would celebrate by offering Mini Photo Sessions at one of my favorite locations. These sessions are half the length of a regular session and include the digital images with printing release included in the price of the session (a savings of over $160 off regular prices). I will also be offering discounts on canvas and mini album orders with these sessions.

I book these sessions first come, first serve in order of emails received. To reserve a session time email me at kathy@kathykeppelphoto.com and include your top two time choices. Sessions are $150 with a $50 non-refundable reservation fee that will be applied to total cost. Tax is not included in price. A 6.875% sales tax will be added to your total session fee which is due on or by September 25.

Here he is ladies and gentlemen… the fastest kid on the planet… introducing… (drum roll)…. JOSHUA!!! This little speedster is my youngest son who turned 3 last month. After getting some updated pictures of his brother last week I was inspired to get some Joshua as well. He was…shall we say “a bit tricker” to photograph. You would not know it from the photos but he pretty much held still for one second at a time before moving on. Thank goodness I had my husband there to help keep Joshua from running too far Don’t worry, for all his “work” he was rewarded with some milk and cookies.

Isn’t he just the most handsome little dude? Okay maybe I am a bit biased:-) Yes, my first born son Ben is now 6 years old!! He has been for almost two months but I still can’t believe it. Where does the time go? He was just my baby like 5 seconds ago I swear.

My now BIG six year old really helped me out last week. I needed to get some shots in my new studio space and surrounding area as well as test shots with my new camera. Ben agreed to be my model. I think he did a fabulous job and all I owe him is five squishes (yes, the 25 cent gumball machine toys). They are his new obsession. I am thrilled because they are way cheaper than his last one! Anyway, $1.25 later I have some wonderful shots to show you and updated pics of my son as well. Enjoy!
